Helping companies to do it better, or improve on what's working!
I have found the greatest asset to any successful organization is transparent business procedures and an efficient workflow. Many startups and small businesses find that in the initial stages of consolidating certain positions, the filtering of tasks throughout the company can become overwhelming.
Although it does save on salary expenses, the added benefit of lowering costs doesn't outweigh the sustainability of their employees having to wear multiple hats.
The team soon discovers that to meet their bottom line goals, a more streamlined approach and a set of useful tools can be the alignment needed to successfully carry out their day to day operations. My role as an Administrative Solutions Consultant is to evaluate a company's unique culture and office structure to determine the best operational strategy. As an Office Services contractor, I offer a host of administrative skills and operational knowledge that can contribute to any company's overall success. One powerful tool I utilize is the Kaizen System. Kaizen in Japan means continuous improvement.
By infusing some of these principles, my services assist in helping companies do it better and improve on what's working. By gradually moving the organization forward at a sustainable pace, one improvement sets the stage for another and another. It offers a company a complete strategy for improving their overall quality and productivity.
